Following Development Approval (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC), we are typically engaged to manage and deliver the project through to completion. Our approach focuses on cost control, programme certainty, quality assurance and proactive site leadership.
Construction Management Delivery Approach

- Development of detailed Construction Project Plans and methodologies
- Construction programming and sequencing
- Liaison with financial institutions and project stakeholders
- Competitive tendering of trade packages and budget validation
- Contracting and engagement of subcontractor trade packages
- Trade package administration including cost, quality, safety and time management
- Monthly progress claim review and assessment
- Monthly financial and budget reporting for clients and lenders
- Daily onsite construction management and coordination
